I know I set my goal way too high on WiiFit (BMI 27.71/11 pounds in two weeks). I kind of did it by mistake. But I would like to see my BMI drop at least to the high 27's or low 28's by Oct 24 (two weeks from the start).
I did a few cool exercises. Steph laughed quite hard at the Step Aerobics. I'll try to get some video posted eventually. It will be fun to have people laugh at me. The picture below is from a Center of Balance test from a Yoga Exercise.

I got 3 out of 4 stars, woot woot.
Well I'll inform y'all again tomorrow of how much less fat I hopefully am.

Keep it going! The trick is to not get frustrated when you actually have days where you gain weight for no apparent reason... and the Wii fit age fluctuates a lot... especially if you do the balance tests half-heartedly.
